SupportAssist Work Orders

There is an issue when setting up your own work orders either using SupportAssist or taking your preboot error message and validation code to the support site.

These work orders may not be sent out because they are never forwarded to Dell for engagement. This is because you or your administrator might have the SupportAssist settings on the account to "Not auto forward to Dell."

You or your administrator must log in to the TechDirect account and go to Services > SupportAssist > SupportAssist Alerts. From there, locate the alert and click the Actions button "" and select "Forward to Dell."
