Cause
黑屏一秒钟是使用 Intel Comet Lake CPU 的 Microsoft 多平面覆盖
提醒：MPO 功能是一项节能功能，可延长电池续航时间。Intel 建议终端用户启用此功能。
Resolution
可以通过编辑注册表表来禁用 MPO 功能，如下所示：
- 在注册表编辑器中搜索 DisplayFeatureControl 。
- 将其中的值从 3e3 修改为 383。
- 重新启动计算机。
