Cause

Compliance Reporter는 기본적으로 포트 8084를 사용하여 HTTPS에서 수신 대기하는 Apache Tomcat 서비스입니다.

본 서비스는 Java 기반이므로 일반적으로 cacerts라고 하는 Java 키 저장소 파일을 활용하여 보안 연결을 설정하는 데 사용되는 인증서를 저장합니다.

Compliance Reporter에 대한 보안 연결을 설정할 때 사용한 호스트 이름이 구성된 인증서에 없는 경우 사용자의 브라우저에 아래 그림과 유사한 인증서 오류가 표시됩니다.

Resolution

오류를 방지하려면 Dell Security Management Server(이전 Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition) 구성 파일과 Java 키 저장소 파일의 인증서가 일치해야 합니다. 서버의 현재 상태에 따라 다른 인증서를 사용하여 새 Java 키 저장소를 생성하거나 다른 호스트 이름을 사용하도록 서버 구성 파일을 업데이트하거나, 아니면 둘 모두를 사용할 수 있습니다.

참고: 이 동작은 인증서 및 구성이 동기화된 경우에도 자체 서명된 인증서를 사용할 때 발생할 수 있습니다. 사용자에게 오류가 표시되지 않도록 하는 유일한 방법은 Microsoft 키 저장소의 신뢰할 수 있는 루트 인증 기관 폴더에 인증서를 설치하는 것입니다.
