在極少數情況下，Dell Security Management Server 可能會在重新開機後無法啟動：

  • Dell Core Server
  • Dell ACL Service
  • Dell Key Server

還有兩種解決方法可用：

  • 因應措施 #1 是新增可讓服務正常啟動的登錄機碼。
  • 因應措施 #2 是將服務設為延遲啟動。

因應措施 #1
警告：下一個步驟是 Windows 登錄編輯：

新增登錄機碼。這會將服務管道超時增加到 45 秒，從而緩解問題。

若要新增登錄機碼：

  1. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 Windows 開始功能表，然後按一下執行。

  1. 在「執行」UI 中，輸入 regedit，然後按下確定。這會開啟 Registry Editor。

  1. 在 Registry Editor 中，前往 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control。
  2. 在右窗格中，尋找 ServicesPipeTimeout。如果 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ServicesPipeTimeout 存在，請前往 步驟 7。如果路徑不存在，請前往 步驟 5。

在使用者介面中將服務設定為延遲啟動：

  1. 在「執行」UI 中，輸入 services.msc，然後按下確定。這會開啟服務。

  1. 連按兩下 Dell Core Server。
  2. 在「一般」標籤中：
    1. 選取 啟動類型下拉式清單。
    2. 選取自動 （延遲啟動）。

使用命令行介面將服務設定為延遲啟動：

您也可以透過 PowerShell 使用命令列的 Set-Service 命令來完成此作業。這些命令可以使用 Microsoft Powershell 以系統管理員身分執行，將服務預先設定為自動 （延遲啟動）：

Set-Service -displayname "Dell ACL Service" -startuptype "AutomaticDelayedStart"
Set-Service -displayname "Dell Core Server" -startuptype "AutomaticDelayedStart"
Set-Service -displayname "Dell Key Server" -startuptype "AutomaticDelayedStart"

這也可以在較舊的 Windows Server 作業系統上執行，方法是 sc 命令。

Dell ACL Service: sc config aclserv start=delayed-auto
Dell Core Server: sc config EpmCoreSvr start=delayed-auto
Dell Key Server: sc config EpmKeySvr start=delayed-auto
