在此工作流程中，Dell 資料保護 |外部媒體版本卸載，但卸載失敗，因為外部媒體服務正在使用必須替換的.dll檔，需要重新啟動才能刪除.dll檔。

若要解決此問題：

1. 開啟命令提示字元視窗，方法是依序按一下開始按鈕、依序按一下所有程式、附件，然後按一下命令提示字元。
2. 出現提示時，請輸入： sc.exe delete EMS 然後按下 Enter 鍵。

3. 關閉 命令提示字元視窗。
4. 刪除 EMS 服務後，請安裝 Dell Data Protection |Enterprise Edition。
