Dell ProSupportでは、環境のトラブルシューティングにテナントIDとリージョンが必要になる場合があります。この情報を見つける手順については、Dell Security Management Server(旧Dell Data Protection Server)のバージョンをクリックしてください。バージョン情報については、「 Dell Security Management Serverのバージョンを識別する方法」を参照してください。
テナントIDとリージョンを見つけるには、次の手順を実行します。
- Webブラウザーで、https://domain.server.com:8443/webui/login のDell Security Management Server管理者コンソールにアクセスします。
注：
- Domain.server.com は、お使いの環境でDell Security Management ServerのFQDNに変更する必要があります。
- デフォルトのポート8443は、ご使用の環境によって異なる場合があります。
- 管理コンソールにサイン インします。

- 左側のメニューでManagementを展開し、Services Managementをクリックします。
