Symptoms

Оповещение

FluidCache host_cache_object_name не отображается по адресу ip_address порт port_number.

Cause

Система FluidCache host_cache_object_name больше не доступен по адресу ip_address порт port_number. 

Эта проблема может привести к перебоям в работе сервиса.

Resolution

  1. Убедитесь, что система Fluid Cache включена.
  2. Отправьте ping-запрос в систему Fluid Cache из другой системы.
  3. Убедитесь, что сетевые кабели гибкой кэш-памяти подсоединены с соответствующими индикаторами связи.
  4. Обратитесь в службу технической поддержки Dell для дальнейшего устранения этой проблемы с подключением.
