The Dell Command | Intel vPro Out of Band is in the Dell Client Command Suite and replaces our previous out of band tools. 

The Dell Command | Intel vPro Out of Band console extends Dell Client Command Suite’s system management capabilities to out of band systems, PCs that are offline or have inaccessible operating system. It helps our customers by enabling them to remotely manage an endpoint’s BIOS, wipe a device’s hard drive, and simultaneously update multiple systems."
