Instructions

To perform a self-test on the printer, perform the following steps:

  1. Power the printer off.
  2. Press the FEED button while simultaneously turning on the printer.
  3. The printer should print out the firmware version and communication settings. 
  4. Press the FEED button again - the printer should print a sequence of letters, numbers, and symbols. 
  5. Press the power button to turn off the printer.
  6. Press the power button to turn the printer back on, if desired.
