Este artigo fornece informações sobre como executar o Verificador de arquivos do sistema (sfc.exe) no ambiente de recuperação do Windows no Windows Server.


 

Ao tentar executar o verificador de arquivos do sistema (sfc.exe) no ambiente de recuperação do Windows (WinRE), você poderá receber o seguinte erro:

Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service.

O erro é mostrado na captura de tela abaixo (Figura 1 (somente em inglês)):

de proteção de recursos do Windows Ao executar sfc /scannow no WinRE, duas opções devem ser adicionadas ao comando para executá-lo no modo off-line:

  • /offbootdir=<disk> Indica a letra da unidade de inicialização.
  • /offwindir=<folder> indica a pasta onde o Windows está instalado.

Veja um exemplo do comando com esses switches adicionados:

sfc /scannow /offbootdir=D:\ /offwindir=D:\Windows 
Importante: A letra da unidade necessária em ambos os switches é a letra da unidade, conforme exibida no WinRE. Normalmente, essa é uma letra diferente da atribuída à mesma partição quando o Windows está em execução, porque o WinRE enumera as partições de forma diferente.
