Symptoms

컴퓨터 키보드(내장 또는 연결된 외장형 키보드)가 입력에 응답하지 않습니다. Windows 11 또는 Windows 10에서 스피커 너머로 키보드를 입력할 때 키보드에서 딸깍 소리가 들립니다. 외부 키보드도 동일한 증상으로 작동하지 않습니다. 화상 키보드가 작동 중입니다.

Cause

필터 키가 활성화됩니다.

이 문제는 Shift 키를 8초 동안 누르고 필터 키를 활성화할 때 발생합니다. (기본 설정은 필터 키 활성화입니다.)

Resolution

Windows 11 및 10에서 다음 단계에 따라 필터 키를 끕니다.

  1. 설정을 엽니다.

    시작 버튼을 클릭한 다음 설정 아이콘(톱니바퀴 아이콘)을 클릭합니다.

  2. 접근성으로 이동:

    Windows 10에서 접근성을 선택합니다. Windows 11에서 접근성을 선택합니다.

  3. 키보드 선택:

    왼쪽 메뉴에서 키보드 를 선택합니다.

  4. 필터 키 끄기:

    필터 키를 찾아 꺼짐 위치로 전환합니다.

  5. *선택 사항:

    키보드 바로 가기를 비활성화합니다.

    • 실수로 필터 키를 활성화하는 경우 이를 활성화하는 바로 가기를 비활성화하십시오.

    • Filter Keys(필터 키)에서 Setup Filter Keys(필터 키 설정)를 클릭합니다. 

    • 그런 다음 다음과 같은 상자를 지웁니다. 오른쪽 SHIFT 키를 8초 동안 누르면 필터 키가 켜집니다.
