참고: Exchange 조직에서 이미 자동 검색에 'A' 레코드를 사용하는 경우 이 절차를 수행하지 않는 것이 좋습니다.


자동 검색 SRV 레코드는 도메인의 외부 또는 인터넷 DNS 영역에 만들어집니다.  레코드를 만들려면 다음 단계를 수행합니다.

  1. 외부 DNS 영역에서 자동 검색 서비스에 대한 모든 HOST(A) 또는 CNAME 레코드를 제거합니다.
  2. 다음 매개 변수를 사용하여 새 SRV(txt) 레코드를 만듭니다.
    • 서비스: _autodiscover
    • Protocol: _tcp
    • 포트 번호: 443
    • 호스트: mail.fill_in_your_domain_here.com

추가 정보:

대부분의 도메인 호스트는 txt 레코드 생성을 허용하지만 일부 도메인 호스트는 그렇지 않을 수 있습니다.
