Symptoms

HUOMAUTUS: Jos Exchange-organisaatio käyttää jo A-tietuetta automaattiseen hakuun, tätä menettelyä ei suositella.


Automaattisen haun SRV-tietue luodaan toimialueen ulkoiseen tai Internet-DNS-vyöhykkeeseen.  Luo tietue seuraavasti.

  1. Poista ulkoisessa DNS-vyöhykkeessä kaikki automaattisen hakupalvelun HOST (A)- tai CNAME-tietueet.
  2. Luo uusi SRV(txt)-tietue seuraavien parametrien avulla:
    • Service: _autodiscover
    • Protokolla: _TCP
    • Portin numero: 443
    • Isäntä: mail.fill_in_your_domain_here.com

Useimmat verkkotunnusisännät sallivat txt-tietueiden luomisen, mutta jotkut eivät.
