本教程介绍如何通过管理 Web 界面查找 PowerVault TL1000 服务编号。它仅适用于固件版本为 0071.3000 或更高版本的库。如果未显示服务编号，则解决方案是在设备前进行物理检查。
库管理接口 IP 地址必须可访问。
Java 必须安装在服务器上。
打开互联网导航器并连接到磁带库管理界面。
您将收到默认 Java 欢迎消息：
选中“I accept the risk and want to run this application”，然后单击 Run
使用管理员凭据连接，默认密码为：
在主页上，您将在 Service Tag 右侧找到服务编号。库序列号不是服务编号。
警告：仅当库固件版本为 0071.3000 或更高版本时，才会显示服务编号。库序列号不是服务编号。
前提条件：
