Symptoms

Se o Windows for forçado a desligar (mantenha o botão liga/desliga pressionado até que o sistema seja desligado), o sistema solicitará a chave do BitLocker na próxima inicialização. Esse sintoma pode ser encontrado nas plataformas a seguir:
  • Latitude 7370
  • Latitude E7270 / E7470
  • Latitude E5270/E5470/E5570
  • Precision Mobile 7510 / 7710

O novo firmware v1.3.2.8 do TPM (Trusted Protocol Module) agora foi lançado no site de suporte da Dell para resolver esse problema.  Faça download para atualizar o sistema.
