如果您在嘗試使用鍵盤快捷鍵調整時，遇到 Dell 可攜式系統上的音訊失真 （破裂、爆裂、中斷等） 或視訊暫時凍結或卡頓的情況，這是由於 在播放期間變更 LCD 螢幕亮度所造成。
透過鍵盤調整顯示器亮度會產生多個處理器中斷，無論多媒體來源為何，這些中斷都會影響系統上的視訊或音訊播放。
