How to reset the password on a TL2000 or TL4000

Note: Restoring the factory configuration will delete all current settings and should be used with caution.
In this method, the user interface on the front bezel of the unit will be used to accomplish the reset procedure.

1. Reset password to factory default
Once the user interface has been located please use the steps below to reset the configuration.

Press enter (← ) to go to the main menu.

- Press down to go to "Configure" and press enter.

- In the configuration menu, press down to go to the next page and select "Save/Restore" by pressing enter.

- Select "Restore Passwords" with enter
or you can select "Restore all" with enter to reset the configuration to factory default

- The device will ask for confirmation. Select "Proceed" to confirm password restore.

The factory default account login and password for an Administrator account is
Account: adminThe account name and password are case-sensitive. After your account name and password are entered, use your mouse to click Login or press Enter.
Password: secure
2. Network configuration after restore of configuration

Press enter (← ) to go to the main menu.

- Press down to go to "Configure" and press enter.

- In the configuration menu, press down to go to the next page and select "Network" by pressing enter.

- Press enter on the IP Address option and select the address by pressig + e -:

- After configure, save them by pressing "Save":
