Set the color depth/pallete to 16-bit High Color or 32-bit True color
Note: Make sure all other programs are closed before following the steps in the solution below.

Click the Start button, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
The Control Panel window appears. -
Click Display.

Click Settings and set the color depth or color pallete to 16bit High Color or 32bit True color.

Click Apply and click OK.

If prompted, click Yes to apply the settings without restarting. Otherwise, click Yes to reboot for the settings to take effect.
