隨 VMware ESXi 原廠安裝的 Dell PowerEdge 14G 伺服器 （2017 年 6 月至 2018 年 6 月） 的根密碼設定為伺服器產品服務編號。<請參閱「尋找產品服務編號」入門指南下的「尋找系統>的產品服務編號」一節，dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=manuals。

從 2018 年 6 月起，安裝 VMware ESXi 的 Dell PowerEdge 14G 伺服器 （或更新版本） 原廠會將根密碼設定為伺服器產品服務編號，並加上驚嘆號。請參閱 Dell 自訂 VMware ESXi 的自訂 DCUI 畫面 ，了解 Dell 為通知此變更而推出的自訂 DCUI 畫面的詳細資訊。密碼變更是由於修改了 vSphere 6.7 的密碼複雜度原則。請參閱 vSphere 安全性此超連結會帶您前往 Dell Technologies 以外的網站。文件以瞭解密碼複雜度。  

注意：
  • 原廠安裝 VMware ESXi 的 Dell PowerEdge 13G 伺服器仍未設定根使用者的密碼。
