  1. 打开 “网络连接”文件夹：
    • 对于 Windows 7、8/8.1 和 10， 单击 开始， 选择 运行， 键入 ncpa.cpl ，然后 按 Enter 键。
    • 对于 Windows 11， 单击 开始， 选择 搜索 ncpa.cpl
  2. 右键单击 所需的连接。
  3. 点击 属性 ，然后单击 Internet 协议版本 4。
  4. 点击“属性”，然后单击“高级”。
  5. 清楚 “Automatic metric.”
  6. 为 以太网适配器输入值 1，为无线适配器输入值 1000。
  7. 对另一个连接重复此过程。
  8. 重新启动 计算机，然后在将其应用于以太网和无线适配器后进行测试。

要查看当前指标，请运行 netsh int ip show config 在命令提示符中，您会看到在 interfaceMetric

提醒：您可能仍会看到无线图标仍处于连接状态，但您可以检查路由表。在命令提示符下键入“route print”，然后按 Enter 键。查找具有最低指标的 X.X.X.X 路由，“interface”列会告诉您它正在使用的接口的 IP 地址。
