  Symptom  


 After installing an update to the software, when trying to open Dell Net ready, either by clicking on the system tray icon or by going to programs and clicking on Dell Net ready, the application does not load.

Resolution  




This is not a problem with the Dell Net ready application. Do not uninstall and reinstall the NetReady application.
The application was updated over the air. And logging in again is required.

 The updated application will not load the account details from the previous version. It will open a web browser in which, we need to login to the account again.
