Instructions

  • Use the following GET request to view all jobs in the jobsdb:
https://NETWORKER_SERVER_ADDRESS:9090/nwrestapi/v3/global/jobs
  • The jobs endpoint can be queried for specific attributes:
/jobs?q=AttributeName:Value
For example, query only the "failed" jobs with
https://NETWORKER_SERVER_ADDRESS:9090/nwrestapi/v3/global/jobs?q=completionStatus:Failed
  • To add multiple filters to a query, use "and" to separate each Attribute:Value pair:
/jobs?q=AttributeName1:Value1 and AttributeName2:Value2
For example, querying for only failed actions with the name "backup":
https://NETWORKER_SERVER_ADDRESS:9090/nwrestapi/v3/global/jobs?q=completionStatus:Failed and policyActionName:backup
  • The attributes and values available for filters are seen in a global /jobs query.
