用户无法登录 SourceOne Web Search。输入登录凭据后，出现以下错误：
 

Error: Server unavailable. Login failed. Please try again
 
如果使用单点登录 （SSO），则会返回以下错误： 
 
Unable to authorize with web server

An error occurred

Cause

如果托管 SourceOne Web Search（\SearchWS 站点）的服务器关闭、不可用或配置不正确，则可能会发生此问题。

Resolution

验证运行 SourceOne Web 服务的服务器是否已启动并运行，并且服务（EMC SourceOne 搜索服务）也正在从 Windows 服务控制台运行。重新启动服务器，作为消除挂起进程的任何问题的第一次尝试。

此外，如有必要，验证并更新 Web 服务设置：

  1. 在运行 SourceOne Search 站点的服务器上打开 Internet Information Services （IIS） 管理器
  2. 在 IIS 管理器导航树中，选择“服务器 >站点 > 默认网站”节点下的“搜索”网站
  3. 在“ASP.NET”部分下，选择“应用程序设置”
  4. 检查“ExSearchWebServiceURL”和“ExDocRetrievalServerName”的值，它应指向运行 SourceOne Web Services （SearchWS） 站点的服务器的有效位置。在许多情况下，站点是服务器的本地站点，因此它指向 localhost。  示例：  分别为 http://localhost/SearchWS/ExSearchWebService.asmx 和 localhost
  5. 如果值不正确，请更新两个值中的服务器名称，以指向有效的 SourceOne Web 服务服务器

如果上述进程不起作用，或者如果愿意，请使用正确的设置重新安装 SourceOne Web Services 和 Search 组件，以使用正确的设置重新创建 SourceOne Search 和 Web Services 站点。
