Symptoms

La policy SyncIQ non si avvia manualmente. Viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio:  

isilon01-2# isi sync jobs start Test_Replication 
An unknown policy error occurred: Check the status of the job on the target cluster and source

Cause

Questo errore si verifica perché the isi_migr_sched Il processo non è in esecuzione su tutti i nodi.

Resolution

Eseguire il comando seguente per verificare che l'utilità di pianificazione SyncIQ sia in esecuzione su tutti i nodi:

# isi_for_array -s 'ps alwx | grep isi_migr_sched'


Se non è in esecuzione su tutti i nodi, provare una delle soluzioni riportate di seguito: 

  1. Disabilitare e quindi abilitare il servizio SyncIQ (isi_migrate):
# isi services -a isi_migrate disable
# isi services -a isi_migrate enable


      2. Avviare il isi_migr_sched processo manuale.

# isi_for_array -s '/usr/bin/isi_migr_sched'


      3. Verificare che isi_migr_sched è in esecuzione su tutti i nodi.

# isi_for_array -s ps auwx | grep isi_migr_sched
