主機在 VPlex 分散式裝置上遇到高寫入延遲

Cause

關於分散式裝置，在向主機傳回確認之前，VPlex 會確認兩個站台上的任何寫入 I/O 都已提交為 BE 儲存裝置。

如果叢集間 FC/IP WAN 網路遇到網路壅塞，將導致 I/O 封包往返時間增加，造成效能問題。

另一方面，VPlex 始終提供從全域緩存（如果可用）或本地 BE 陣列的讀取 I/O。

VPlex 最佳實踐表明，VPlex 群集之間的 RTT 不應超過 5 毫秒，以提供最佳性能，而對於園區範圍的網路則應超過 1 毫秒的 RTT。


Resolution

1.  檢查韌體記錄，發現指出網路壅塞的 com/21 和 com/24 事件。
範例：
128.221.253.36/cpu0/log：5988：W/“00601661de2210138-2”：141384：<4 2017/04/12 09：16：16.10： com/21 COM IO 需要 1.047 秒才能完成 （限制為 900.000 毫>秒）。  輸入 message， uuid 0x4xxxxxx， 傳輸 scsi， msg_len 72
128.221.252.38/cpu0/log：5988：W/“0060165322f014450-2”：2170302：<3>2016/10/22 23：29：35.92： com/24 過去一小時內 86 個長延遲 IO （訊息：86）列印到100。
 
2.  確認所有 WAN COM 連接埠均已啟動，且 SFP 的功率高於 200 uW，如果沒有，則應遵循 KB https://support.emc.com/kb/468785


3。  如果 VPlex 是 FC Metro 組態，且 WAN FC 交換器支援 Dell EMC，則您應依照 KB https://support.emc.com/kb/335508 收集交換器記錄，並聯絡 Dell EMC 支援。

4.  如果 VPlex 是 IP Metro 組態，請驗證 IP 網路健全狀況，以瞭解造成此壅塞的原因。
