Symptoms



자체 서명된 인증서를 AppSync에 사용할 CA 인증서로 교체하려고 하면 프로세스가 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다. 
 
java.lang.Exception: 인증서를 가져오지 않음. 별칭 AppSync>가 이미 존재합니다.< 

이 오류는 프로세스의 일부로 다음 명령을 실행한 후에 나타날 수 있습니다. 
 
C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\_jre\bin\keytool -importcert -file C:\OpenSSL\cert.pem -keystore C:\EMC\AppSync\jboss\_jre\lib\security\cacerts -storepass changeit -alias appsync noprompt

Cause

환경에 설치된 OpenSSL 버전은 1.0.2j 64비트입니다. 

openSSL 버전이 1.0.2 분기 이하인 경우 인증서를 가져올 때 문제가 관찰되었습니다. 

Resolution

OpenSSL 버전 1.1.0h로 업그레이드하면 이 문제가 해결되었습니다.

나중에 이 문제가 발생하면 사용 가능한 최신 버전의 OpenSSL로 업그레이드하는 것이 좋습니다.
