NetWorker Management Console: Monitoring 탭에서 정책이 사라지지 않는 삭제 또는 사용 중지

Symptoms

이전에 실행된 정책을 삭제한 후에는 정책이 비활성화되고 모니터링 탭에서 제거할 수 없습니다.

Cause

모니터링 탭에 표시되는 정책의 상태는 jobsdb 데이터베이스. 이 nsrjobd daemon은 NetWorker Server 데몬 중 하나입니다. NetWorker 클라이언트 바이너리의 작업을 생성하고 모니터링합니다. 이 데이터베이스는 자동으로 업데이트되지 않으며, 정책이 업데이트될 때까지 모니터링 탭 아래에 jobsdb 보존 기간이 충족되었습니다.

Resolution

정책 정보는 jobsdb 데이터베이스. 정책이 모니터링(Monitoring) 탭에서 사라집니다. jobsdb 보존 시간에 도달하면 재설정됩니다.

를 확인하거나 수정하려면 jobsdb 보존을 위해 다음을 수행합니다.

NMC(NetWorker Management Console) UI에서 다음을 수행합니다.
  1.  NMC UI에 로그인합니다.
  2. Protection 탭으로 이동합니다.
  3. 왼쪽 상단에서 NetWorker Server의 이름을 찾아 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 속성을 엽니다.
  4. NetWorker Server Properties 아래에서 Configuration 탭으로 변경합니다.
구성 탭 > 보존 시간
  1. 확인 또는 변경 jobsdb 유지. 
nsradmin에서 다음을 수행합니다.
  1. 관리자 권한의 명령 프롬프트 를 열거나 NetWorker Server에 루트로 로그인합니다.
  2. NetWorker Administrative 프로그램을 초기화합니다.
    1. >nsradmin

  1. NetWorker Server 리소스를 표시하고 리소스의 보존 시간을 확인합니다. jobsdb 다음과 같습니다.
    1. >p type: nsr
P 유형: NSR 명령
  1. 보존 시간을 수정하려면 다음 명령을 사용합니다.
    1. >update Jobsdb retention in hours: <time in hours>
