Cause
Microsoft Windows 新技术文件系统 （NTFS） 支持最多 32,000 个字符的路径深度（文件和文件夹名称），但 Win32 shell 限制为最多 260 个字符。FLR 错误的原因是文件路径和名称超过 Win32 Shell 字符限制。
Resolution
从 Microsoft Windows 10 和 2016作系统开始，有一个新选项可用于启用 Win32 Shell long paths。此设置是一项“选择加入”功能，默认情况下未启用。要解决 FLR 错误，请 Win32 应在目标客户端上启用“长路径”选项。
