AppSync 4.0: LUN이 지원되는 어레이에 없는데 소스 볼륨이 SRDF 관계에 없으면 R2 디바이스를 찾을 수 없음

의 디스크 레이아웃 변경 CSV 이벤트에는 다음이 표시됩니다.  
VMAX_000002,AS-Server,VMAX operation failed. Error: Not able to find SRDF group information for the source volume 001AF in array 000xxxxxxxxx
GENL_000044,AS-Server,The following application items are on non-configured storage system or on an unsupported storage configuration: [DBNAME]. Register the required storage system in AppSync and/or verify that the underlying storage configuration is supported by AppSync. Also, verify if the storage preference set in the Service Plan is supported by the underlying array.
SPP_000037,AS-Server,Cannot determine the storage type where application DBNAME resides. Verify if the application is located on a supported EMC storage that has been added to AppSync.

Cause

소스 LUN(Logical Unit Number) 중 하나가 지원되는 어레이에 없으며 SRDF 오류가 발생했습니다.

Resolution

지원되는 어레이에 없는 LUN을 식별하고 지원되는 어레이에 있는지 확인합니다.

이 문서를 작성하게 된 특정 인시던트의 경우:
  • 하나를 제외한 모든 소스 LUN이 VMAX에 있습니다.
  • 모든 디스크가 VMware vDisk입니다.
vCenter에서 반환된 WWN(World Wide Name)은 AppSync 서버 로그에서 검토하여 지원되는 어레이에 없는 LUN을 식별하는 데 도움이 됩니다.

AppSync가 vCenter에서 WWN을 찾는 프로세스에서 AppSync 서버에서 다음 5줄이 표시됩니다. 첫 번째 줄에는 파일 시스템 이름이 포함됩니다. 마지막 줄은 vCenter에서 반환한 WWN을 보여줍니다. 6000으로 시작하고 Dell 어레이를 나타냅니다.

그러나 다른 파일 시스템의 다음 경우 vDisk에 대한 결과 WWN은 624a로 시작하며 지원되는 Dell 어레이에 없음을 나타냅니다.
