Symptoms

  • Una FLR VM viene eseguita utilizzando l'appliance vProxy NetWorker VMware Protection (NVP). 
  • Il processo di mount FLR ha esito negativo con il seguente errore:

Cause

L'account utente vCenter utilizzato da NetWorker non dispone delle autorizzazioni Guest Operations.

Resolution

Verificare che vengano applicate TUTTE le autorizzazioni elencate in Privilegi minimi richiesti per l'account utente vCenter. È possibile verificare quali autorizzazioni mancano con l'utilità ProxyHC:

vProxyLa sintassi richiesta è:
./ProxyHC perm

Il file /tmp/proxy-hc.log indicherà in dettaglio quali autorizzazioni mancano.
