Symptoms

Når du har kjørt tilstandskontrollen fra VPlexcli, legg merke til mis-aligned RP-enabled consistency groups:

Legg merke til at vplex-rp-cg-alignment-indications at det virtuelle volumet finnes i to forskjellige CG, noe som ikke er tillatt:

Du kan også se advarselen: 
'device_CLARiiON1234_LUN8989_1_vol' is not in a RecoverPoint consistency group and is not being protected.

Advise customer to add this device(s) to a RecoverPoint consistency group.

Cause

  • Konfigurasjonsproblem der virtuelle volumer i en VPLEX-konsistensgruppe finnes i forskjellige RecoverPoint-konsistensgrupper, eller hvis et virtuelt volum er i en VPLEX CG, men ikke i en RecoverPoint CG.
  • Det virtuelle VPLEX-volumet skal bare være i én RecoverPoint CG. Brukeren må fjerne det virtuelle volumet fra CG på RecoverPoint.
  • For justeringsproblemet som viser at det virtuelle volumet er i en RP-enabled VPLEX CG, men ikke i en RecoverPoint CG, må brukeren sette VPLEX virtual-volumet inn i en RecoverPoint CG, eller ta ut det virtuelle volumet fra VPLEX CG

  • Be om at brukeren løser problemet med CG-konfigurasjonen.
