Symptoms

If a message is composed with Latin content in its message body but the message charset property is set to Non-Latin value (such as ISO-2022-JP).
In that case some contents of the message body are not searchable after messages would have been indexed/re-indexed using recent releases of SourceOne Email Management.
Some words may be searchable.

If the same messages were indexed in SourceOne Email Management 7.2 SP2 (7.2.0) or below releases, then same Latin text is searchable using full-text index searches.
