Symptoms

RPCSEC_GSS錯誤經常記錄在 Daemon.raw： 
RPC critical Unable to authenticate client <nw server> using RPCSEC_GSS: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)
除了上述錯誤外，還可能遇到以下症狀：
  • 除了上述錯誤之外，還可能記錄下列錯誤：
nsrexecd GSS severe Unable to authenticate client <NW_SERVER.FQDN> using RPCSEC_GSS: Unable to find daemon session 0:26 in cache of authentication session keys
  • 無法與 vCenter vProxy 通訊，導致 VM 備份與還原失敗
  • 由於加密箱錯誤，導致 Microsoft 和非 Microsoft 資料庫的備份和還原失敗：
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Unable to authenticate with server <nw server>: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)'.
  • 無法存取 NetWorker 管理主控台 (NMC)
  • 新的備份和還原要求停止回應或失敗，而執行的工作會繼續成功執行
重新啟動 NetWorker 伺服器會暫時復原功能。問題再次發生所需的時間因多個環境變數而異，但可能在數小時內或長達數周。

Cause

瑕疵BUG316920是造成此問題的原因。

必須存在以下兩個條件才能暴露此缺陷：
  1. 在資料區域中的 NetWorker 伺服器、儲存節點或用戶端執行的是下列其中一種產品版本：
    • 19.1.1.2
    • 19.1.1.3
    • 19.2.0.1
  2. 執行下列其中一個受影響版本的用戶端已設定兩個或多個 NetWorker 伺服器。

Resolution

所有執行受影響產品版本的 NetWorker 伺服器、儲存節點和用戶端都必須升級至下列其中一個可用版本：
  • 19.1.1.x 準則串流：
    • 19.1.1.4 或更新版本
  • 19.2.x.x 準則串流：
    • 19.2.0.3 或更新版本
