Symptoms

RPCSEC_GSS 오류는 Daemon.raw을 설정합니다. 
RPC critical Unable to authenticate client <nw server> using RPCSEC_GSS: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)

  • lockbox 오류로 인해 Microsoft 및 타사 데이터베이스의 백업 및 복원 실패
Unable to obtain the user credentials from the lockbox due to the following error: 'Unable to authenticate with server <nw server>: Authentication error; why = Failed (unspecified error)'.
  • NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 액세스할 수 없음
  • 실행 중인 작업이 성공적으로 진행되는 동안 새 백업 및 복원 요청에 응답이 중지되거나 실패함
NetWorker Server를 재시작하면 기능이 일시적으로 복구됩니다. 문제가 재발하는 데 걸리는 시간은 여러 환경 변수에 따라 다르지만 몇 시간 또는 최대 몇 주 이내일 수 있습니다.

Cause

결함 BUG316920이 문제의 원인입니다.

이 결함을 노출하려면 다음 두 가지 조건이 있어야 합니다.
  1. 데이터 영역의 NetWorker 서버, 스토리지 노드 또는 클라이언트에서 다음 제품 버전 중 하나가 실행되고 있습니다.
    • 19.1.1.2
    • 19.1.1.3
    • 19.2.0.1
  2. 나열된 영향을 받는 버전 중 하나를 실행하는 클라이언트가 둘 이상의 NetWorker Server로 구성되어 있습니다.

Resolution

영향을 받는 버전의 제품을 실행하는 모든 NetWorker Server, Storage Node 및 Client는 사용 가능한 다음 버전 중 하나로 업그레이드해야 합니다.
  • 19.1.1.x 코드 스트림:
    • 19.1.1.4 이상
  • 19.2.x.x 코드 스트림:
    • 19.2.0.3 이상
