問題：
嘗試透過 SSH 存取 VPLEX 管理伺服器失敗，並顯示連線逾時錯誤：

[root@zzz ~]# ssh xx.x.xxx.xx
ssh: connect to host port 22: connection timed out

然而， ping 至 VPLEX 管理伺服器已成功：

[root@zzz ~]# ping xx.x.xxx.xx
PING xx.x.xxx.xx (xx.x.xxx.xx) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.xx: icmp_seq=1 ttl=64 time=0.788 ms
64 bytes from xx.x.xxx.xx: icmp_seq=2 ttl=64 time=0.148 ms3

Cause

此問題可能是因為程序停止回應，或接受連線緩衝區的可用空間已滿，導致連線遭拒。內核記憶體過低，網路驅動程式無法為收到的數據包分配頁面。數據包被丟棄，一切都應該很快恢復。內核無法清理緩存。根據下列屬性的高計數，發現固態硬碟會變質： Raw_Read_Error_Rate小 Seek_Error_Rate，依此類推。

Resolution

因應措施：
管理伺服器必須進行強制重新開機，才能解決此問題並恢復 SSH 連線。

若要將管理伺服器強制重新開機：

  1. 按住電源按鈕 ，直到電源熄滅 （LED 熄滅）。
  2. 再次按下電源按鈕 以開啟電源。

請等待幾分鐘讓伺服器開機，然後嘗試再次連線至伺服器。
