Risoluzione dei problemi di Dell AR Assistant
Se Dell AR Assistant non riconosce il prodotto Dell supportato, accertarsi di essere abbastanza vicini da consentire all'app di Aggancia
al dispositivo.
Altri modi per facilitare il riconoscimento:
- Tenere lo smartphone a un'angolazione di 45 gradi rispetto al computer, non direttamente sopra di esso e provare a inserire il computer nel contorno bianco.
- Premere il pulsante AR Assistant sul lato sinistro dello schermo per reimpostarlo.
- Provare diverse angolazioni attorno al computer (più in basso, in alto, leggermente a sinistra o a destra).
- Modificare l'illuminazione attorno al computer. Si consiglia di utilizzare una luce naturale.
- Modificare lo sfondo spostando il computer in un'altra posizione.
- Prova a tenere il telefono per 2-3 secondi in posizione, potresti rilevare un ritardo con la fotocamera che si connette all'app.
Se è necessaria una vista più ravvicinata, avvicinare la fotocamera al dispositivo. Se si perde il blocco AR, indietreggiare per riacquisirlo e avvicinarsi lentamente.
