Symptoms

Cause
3-way 备份中 NDMP 连接阶段的直接故障通常有三个原因：
- 没有从数据移动器到备份应用程序或媒体服务器的路由：
- 备份应用程序媒体服务器上启用了用于负载均衡的 NIC 组合
- 网络或主机中的防火墙阻止来自数据移动器的传入数据路径连接：
路由
在控制台中以 nasadmin 身份检查从数据移动器到备份应用程序媒体服务器的路由
server_ping server_x<媒体服务器 IP>

NIC 组合
在媒体服务器上，NIC 组合应设置为容错。在某些文档中也称为采用主动/被动模式的 NIC 组合。
防火墙
备份应用程序在控制路径中指定 IP 和端口号，用于数据连接阶段。此 IP 和端口号是用于将备份数据发送到的媒体服务器。建立从数据移动器到此 IP 和端口号的出站 TCP 连接。网络或媒体服务器上的防火墙都需要一个规则，以允许来自数据移动器的此入站连接。TCP 端口号由备份应用程序选择，并且通常来自可配置的端口范围，并由备份应用程序选择此范围内的随机端口号。
此 IP 地址和端口号可在网络捕获中显示，也可以由戴尔支持在数据移动器端使用调试级别三日志记录获取。在重现问题后，请勿使调试级别日志记录保持启用状态。要使用网络捕获进行故障处理，应在数据移动器和媒体服务器上进行双向网络捕获。
Resolution
在这种情况下，没有从数据移动器到备份应用程序指定的 IP 地址的路由。 这使数据连接阶段无法启动。网络捕获显示了来自备份应用程序服务器的控制路径连接，但没有来自数据移动器的出站连接，因此无法启动数据传输。
