Dell Unity: Sådan sættes en SP i servicetilstand, og hvordan servicetilstand ryddes (kan rettes af brugeren)

Hvis en SP er i servicetilstand, kan SP ikke servicere værtens I/O. Servicetilstand er nødvendig under udskiftning af SP-hardwarekomponent, eller når det er nødvendigt at stoppe servicering af I/O med én SP.
Sådan sættes en SP i servicetilstand ved hjælp af en af de to metoder, der er anført nedenfor:
1. Grafisk brugerflade til

Gå til "Serviceopgaver" under fanen Service. For den SP, der skal sættes i servicetilstand, skal du vælge "Gå til servicetilstand" og derefter  "Udfør".

Der åbnes et pop op-vindue, hvor du bliver bedt om serviceadgangskoden. SP genstarter i servicetilstand.

2. SSH/CLI
SSH i SP for at sætte SP i servicetilstand, indstille redningstælleren og derefter genstarte SP.

Set the user rescue counter:
 spa:~/user# svc_rescue_state -s

NOTE: The below shutdown command may not respond as expected to a typo.  If you try to shutdown the peer SP, and you mistype the command, the command may proceed to shutdown the current SP instead.  Double-check the syntax before you press enter. Pay attention to case sensitivity as well.

Reboot the peer SP using the following command:  
"svc_shutdown -r sp[x]" where x is "a" or "b". 
The command should be:
spb:~/user# svc_shutdown -r spa 
or
spa:~/user# svc_shutdown -r spb 


Reboot the same SP as logged into:
Example below is to reboot spa from the spa prompt:
spa:~/user# svc_shutdown -r      

Display the rescue counters of an SP: 
svc_rescue_state -l
Clear the counters:
svc_rescue_state -c
Check the count column to ensure all counters have been cleared:
svc_rescue_state -l

Når startsekvensen for en SP overvåges, vises en af følgende meddelelser i slutningen af startsekvensen. Hændelsesmeddelelsen afhænger af, om SP starter i servicetilstand eller i normal tilstand.

CLI-kommando til overvågning af en peer-SP-start:

Spa:~/bruger# svc_diag --Monitor-Peer 
 

Event message for service mode:
