Zmienianie haseł w MySQL 4.4.x:   

KROK 1:   
Linux
Utwórz plik hostnames.conf tak jak poniżej i wprowadź następujące dane:   
Przykład:  #cat opt\APG\hostnames.conf
frontend=xxxx.xxx.emc.com
primarybackend= xxxx.xxx.emc.com
additionalbackend_1=xxxx.xxx.emc.com
collector_1= xxxx.xxx.emc.com
Username: apg
New Password: changeme1234
Re-enter Password: changeme1234

Windows
Przykład: dir program files\APG\hostnames.conf
frontend=xxxx.xxx.emc.com
primarybackend= xxxx.xxx.emc.com

Uruchom skrypt jako:

• Uwaga: Jeśli zostało zmienione hasło główne, należy zmienić je na wszystkich serwerach przed próbą zmiany dla „apg”.
• Uwaga: wykonaj powyższe kroki, aby zmienić domyślne hasło po dodaniu nowego serwera zaplecza. Zabezpieczanie bazy danych MySQL

Po zakończeniu zaloguj się do bazy danych MySQL przy użyciu nowego hasła za pomocą skryptu mysql-client.
