  • vSANでCRCエラーが多い vmnics 統計カウンタ

Cause

高CRCエラーは、レイヤー1の問題の症状です。ケーブル、SFP、またはネットワーク インターフェイス カード(NIC)に欠陥がある可能性があります。

上記の統計情報は、host1、host2、host4がhost3からCRC(インバウンド)を受信していたことを示しており、host3がvSANパフォーマンスの問題を引き起こすCRCエラーの原因である可能性を示しています。

Resolution

  1. CRCエラーの増分を確認するには、次のコマンドを実行します。
watch esxcli network nic stats get -n=vmnic1 | grep "Receive CRC errors"
  1. vmnic1へのアップリンクをシャットダウンします。
esxcli network nic down -n vmnic1

注：リンク ステータスをダウン状態に変更する前に、アップリンクの冗長性(vmnic0、vmnic1など)があることを確認します。この時点では、CRCエラーの増加とvSANレイテンシーは確認できません。
 
  1. vSAN uplink1に接続されているSFPを交換し、アップリンク ステータスをUPに変更します。SFPを交換してもCRCエラーが止まらない場合は、アップリンクへのケーブルを交換することも検討してください。
