Cause

Wysoki poziom błędów CRC jest objawem problemów warstwy 1. Może to być wadliwy, SFP lub karta sieciowa (NIC).

Powyższe statystyki wskazują, że host1, host2 i host4 otrzymywały CRC (przychodzące) z hosta3, a host3 może być źródłem błędów CRC powodujących problemy z wydajnością vSAN.

Resolution

  1. Aby zobaczyć przyrost błędów CRC, uruchom polecenie:
watch esxcli network nic stats get -n=vmnic1 | grep "Receive CRC errors"
  1. Zamknij łącze danych wysyłanych do vmnic1:
esxcli network nic down -n vmnic1

Uwaga: Upewnij się, że istnieje nadmiarowość łącza danych wysyłanych (na przykład vmnic0, vmnic1) przed zmianą stanu łącza na stan wyłączony. W tym momencie nie powinieneś zauważyć przyrostu liczby błędów CRC ani opóźnień vSAN.
 
  1. Wymień moduł SFP podłączony do łącza danych wysyłanych vSAN1 i zmień stan łącza danych wysyłanych na UP. Należy również rozważyć wymianę kabla do łącza danych wysyłanych w przypadku, gdy wymiana urządzenia SFP nie rozwiązuje problemu z błędami CRC.
