Symptoms

DPC를 설치한 후 DPC UI에 로그인하려고 하면 HTTP 오류 502가 발생합니다.
DPC 서비스를 확인한 후 파일 상태의 여러 서비스를 찾습니다.

/var/log/dpc/elg/elg.log 파일에서 다음과 유사한 오류를 찾습니다.

Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not create URI object: Illegal character in hostname at index 10: https://dp_central.lab.dell.com/pf-admin-api/v1/oauth/clients

Cause

DPC의 호스트 이름에 잘못된 문자가 있어 이 문제가 발생합니다.

 

Resolution

이 문제를 해결하려면 지원되는 문자만 있는 호스트 이름으로 DPC를 다시 배포하십시오.

위의 예에서 호스트 이름은 "dp_central.lab.dell.com"입니다. 밑줄 "_"는 지원되는 문자가 아닙니다.
DPC 호스트 이름은 다음 조건만 지원합니다.

  • 호스트 이름의 각 요소는 1에서 63자 사이여야 합니다.
  • 점을 포함한 전체 호스트 이름은 253자를 초과할 수 없습니다.
  • 유효한 문자는 a-z, 숫자 0-9와 하이픈 "-"입니다. 호스트 이름은 하이픈 "-"로 시작할 수 없습니다.
  • 각 요소는 점으로 구분됩니다.
