Symptoms

安裝 DPC 後，嘗試登入 DPC UI 時，出現 HTTP 錯誤 502。
檢查 DPC 服務後，找到多個處於歸檔狀態的服務。

在 /var/log/dpc/elg/elg.log 檔案中，找到類似以下內容的錯誤。

2021-02-16 15:35:57,340 ERROR main o.s.b.SpringApplication Application run failed
com.emc.clp.spi.UnavailableException: Unable to init ELG
...
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.util.concurrent.CompletionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Could not create URI object: Illegal character in hostname at index 10: https://dp_central.lab.dell.com/pf-admin-api/v1/oauth/clients

Cause

DPC 主機名稱中的非法字元會導致此問題。

 

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請使用僅包含支援字元的主機名稱重新部署 DPC。

在上述範例中，主機名稱為「dp_central.lab.dell.com」。底線“_”不是受支援的字元。
DPC 主機名稱僅支援下列準則。

  • 主機名稱的每個元素長度都必須介於 1 到 63 個字元之間。
  • 整個主機名稱 （包含點） 的長度不得超過 253 個字元。
  • 有效的字元為字母 a 到 z、數字 0 到 9 以及連字元“-”，主機名不能以連字元“-”開頭。
  • 每個元素由點分隔。
