Symptoms

Quando si tenta di eseguire l'aggiornamento, viene visualizzato il seguente messaggio di errore:

Cause

Questo errore si verifica solo nelle configurazioni DD HA. Il routing di rete e il codice HA possono influire sulla comunicazione del nodo peer, causando errori RPC durante l'esecuzione dell'interfaccia della riga di comando (CLI). Nei registri, vengono visualizzate le seguenti voci:

Gli errori della CLI possono essere evitati se i peer HA sono configurati correttamente.

Resolution

  1. Verificare che la coppia HA sia configurata correttamente utilizzando una condivisione CIFS o un esportazione NFS. Verificare la presenza del seguente file e rimuoverlo:
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. Riavviare l'aggiornamento.
Se la procedura descritta sopra non risolve il problema, generare un pacchetto di supporto e aprire una richiesta di assistenza tecnica.
