Symptoms

アップグレードしようとすると、次のエラー メッセージが表示されます。

# system upgrade 6.2.1.30-663869.rpm
    ** This command is deprecated and will be unavailable in future releases.

    The 'system upgrade' command upgrades the Data Domain OS. File access
    is interrupted during the upgrade. The system reboots automatically
    after the upgrade.

    **** Upgrade failed: another upgrade is in progress.

Cause

このエラーは、DD HA構成でのみ発生します。ネットワーク ルーティングとHAコードはピア ノードの通信に影響し、コマンドライン インターフェイス(CLI)の実行時にRPCエラーが発生する可能性があります。ログには、次のようなエントリーが表示されます。

HAピアが正しく設定されていれば、CLIの障害を回避できます。

Resolution

  1. HAペアがCIFS共有またはNFSエクスポートを使用して適切に構成されていることを確認します。次のファイルを確認して削除します。
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. アップデートを再開します。
上記の手順で問題が解決しない場合は、 サポート バンドル を生成し、テクニカル サポート ケースを開きます。
