Symptoms

Følgende feilmelding mottas når du prøver å oppgradere:

    The 'system upgrade' command upgrades the Data Domain OS. File access

Cause

Denne feilen oppstår bare på DD HA-konfigurasjoner. Nettverksruting og HA-kode kan påvirke nodekommunikasjon og forårsake RPC-feil ved kjøring av kommandolinjegrensesnitt (CLI). I loggene ses oppføringer som nedenfor:

CLI-feilene kan unngås hvis HA-nodene er riktig konfigurert.

Resolution

  1. Kontroller at HA-paret er riktig konfigurert ved hjelp av en CIFS-deling eller NFS-eksport. Se etter følgende fil og fjern den:
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. Start oppdateringen på nytt.
