Symptoms

Podczas próby uaktualnienia pojawia się następujący komunikat o błędzie:

# system upgrade 6.2.1.30-663869.rpm

    The 'system upgrade' command upgrades the Data Domain OS. File access
    is interrupted during the upgrade. The system reboots automatically
    after the upgrade.

    **** Upgrade failed: another upgrade is in progress.

Cause

Ten błąd występuje tylko w konfiguracjach DD HA. Routing sieciowy i kod HA mogą wpływać na komunikację węzła równorzędnego, powodując błędy RPC podczas uruchamiania interfejsu wiersza poleceń (CLI). W logach widoczne są wpisy takie jak poniżej:

Błędów interfejsu wiersza polecenia można uniknąć, jeśli elementy równorzędne wysokiej dostępności są prawidłowo skonfigurowane.

Resolution

  1. Sprawdź, czy para HA jest prawidłowo skonfigurowana przy użyciu udziału CIFS lub eksportu NFS. Sprawdź i usuń następujący plik:
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. Uruchom ponownie aktualizację.
Jeśli wykonanie powyższych czynności nie rozwiązało problemu, wygeneruj pakiet pomocy technicznej i otwórz zgłoszenie do działu pomocy technicznej.
