Symptoms

Yükseltmeye çalışırken aşağıdaki hata mesajı alınır:

Cause

Bu hata yalnızca DD HA yapılandırmalarında oluşur. Ağ yönlendirmesi ve HA kodu, eş düğüm iletişimini etkileyerek komut satırı arayüzü (CLI) çalıştırılırken RPC hatalarına neden olabilir. Günlüklerde aşağıdaki gibi girişler görülür:

HA eşleri düzgün şekilde ayarlanırsa CLI hataları önlenebilir.

Resolution

  1. CIFS paylaşımı veya NFS dışa aktarımı kullanılarak HA çiftinin doğru şekilde yapılandırıldığını doğrulayın. Aşağıdaki dosyayı kontrol edin ve kaldırın:
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. Güncellemeyi yeniden başlatın.
