Symptoms

嘗試升級時收到下列錯誤訊息：

    The 'system upgrade' command upgrades the Data Domain OS. File access
    is interrupted during the upgrade. The system reboots automatically
    after the upgrade.

Cause

此錯誤僅發生在 DD HA 組態上。網路路由和 HA 代碼可能會影響對等節點通訊，導致在執行命令行介面 （CLI） 時發生 RPC 錯誤。在記錄中，會看到類似以下的項目：

如果 HA 對等體設置正確，則可以避免 CLI 失敗。

Resolution

  1. 確認已使用 CIFS 共用或 NFS 匯出正確設定 HA 對。檢查下列檔案並將其移除：
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. 重新啟動更新。
