Symptoms

尝试升级时收到以下错误消息：

    The 'system upgrade' command upgrades the Data Domain OS. File access
    is interrupted during the upgrade. The system reboots automatically
    after the upgrade.

    **** Upgrade failed: another upgrade is in progress.

Cause

此错误仅发生在 DD HA 配置上。网络路由和 HA 代码可能会影响对等节点通信，从而导致在运行命令行界面 （CLI） 时出现 RPC 错误。在日志中，可以看到如下条目：

如果正确设置了 HA 对等体，则可以避免 CLI 故障。

Resolution

  1. 验证是否使用 CIFS 共享或 NFS 导出正确配置了 HA 对。检查以下文件并将其删除：
/ddvar/lock/upgrade_lock
  1. 重新启动更新。
